Before Shipment
If your cancellation request is received before the order has been processed for shipment, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
If the cancellation is successfully completed before shipment, any applicable refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
After Shipment
Once an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In this situation, you may need to receive the order and request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation Due to Errors
If an order contains an obvious pricing, inventory, technical, or other material error, we may contact you regarding the order or cancel the order when appropriate.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
